Q. I've ordered and I can't wait to get my stuff, when will it be dispatched?

A. Your dispatch date will depend on what you've ordered. Some items are made to order (this information will be listed on the product page) but some are ready to go. I aim to post all orders out in 3-5 working days but, if you order something already in stock this will be dispatched the next day. All UK orders will be sent by second class post. International items will be sent by Royal Mail standard airmail but will be tracked (tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of the order). European order will take between 5-7 days, USA and Cananda 7-10 days, and Australia 10-14 days. Please note, international orders can take up to three weeks to arrive.

 

 

 

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Tracking is provided if you choose 'Next Day Delivery' for your order, otherwise you will not receive a tracking number. If you would prefer a tracked service, this can be arranged.

Q. Do you accept custom orders?

A. Yes, custom orders can be arranged but this will require an additional cost. Our mugs, bags, cards, prints, pencils and foiled prints can be customised. Wedding stationary/favours are also available but these require a longer turnaround due to the numbers involved.
