Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days after you place your order to return your item(s). Once we have responded to you about your problem, we will then need to receive the item back before we can re-credit your account or send out your replacement item. If you are sending an item back to us for return or exchange you will need to pay the additional postage charges. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost in the post so we recommend you send your parcels by recorded delivery to make sure they reach us quickly and safely.
Once we have received your item, we will then refund your account, this will be the same account that you made the order with. Please allow 5 - 10 days for the money to be credited.
